- Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – CMHT
- Band: 6
- Location: Manchester
- Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
- Schedule: Full-time (Days)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: £26 per hour
What to Expect in This Role:
As a community mental health nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Community Visits: Checking in on patients to ensure their needs are being met and adjusting care plans as required.
- Medication Administration: Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of prescribed treatments, helping patients manage their conditions.
- Patient Support: Engaging with patients, understanding their mental health challenges, and offering compassionate, tailored care.
- Risk Assessments: Conducting assessments to ensure patients' safety and well-being, identifying any risks, and creating safe, supportive environments.
What We're Looking For:
- Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse (RMN).
- Previous community experience in mental health care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage pressure.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
