Umbrella Rates: - Days - £20 per hour- Saturdays - £24 per hour- Sundays/Bank Holidays - £28 per hour

What you will do:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within their homes and local communities.- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.- Administer medications, including injections, and assist with wound care and catheter management.- Offer health education and support to patients and their families to promote better health practices.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Essential requirements to join our team include NMC registration, a degree or equivalent in Nursing, considerable UK nursing experience, a valid driving licence, and recent experience in community nursing.

Locations:- District Nursing (North): Based at Delamere Centre, Delamere Ave, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0DF- District Nursing (West): Based at Woodsend Clinic, Woodsend Cres Rd, Urmston, Manchester, M41 8AD- District Nursing (South): Based at Waterside House, Sale Waterside, Sale, Manchester, Cheshire, M33 7ZF
