This local authority based in the Greater Manchester area is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Adults Community Team. The Adult Social Care service has strong social work values and a focus on improving outcomes to vulnerable adults and their carers.

As they place a high priority on a healthy work / life balance, this allows for more focused and effective working patterns as well as happier staff, you will be able to lean on the service for support and have your manager's ear when looking to work from home.

You will be responsible for delivering and reviewing innovative services for our residents, helping to reduce health inequalities, enhance life and support independent living. They work across friendly, dynamic teams alongside our district nurse colleagues with a focus on partnership working to achieve best practice and desired outcomes for our residents.
