Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in Central London. This role is integral to driving the people agenda, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering HR solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Employee Relations: Lead on complex employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolutions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support employee retention initiatives. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding plans.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and create development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Change Management: Support the business through periods of change, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Ensure all HR practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Data & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-driven decision-making, and provide insights to senior leadership on key workforce issues.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance review process, coaching managers on effective feedback and development plans to enhance team performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role within a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices, with experience handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a professional services, financial services, or fast-growing company is a plus.
