About the RoleJoin one of the UK's leading charities as an HR Business Partner and play a vital role in delivering tailored HR services to specific functions within the organisation. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to make a real difference in a purpose-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs HR Business Partner, you will:
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Coach and upskill line managers to improve their people management capabilities.
- Support organisational restructures in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner.
- Use HR metrics and data insights to identify trends and provide tailored advice to managers and department heads.
- Advise and train managers on people policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with specialist HR teams, including recruitment, reward, and learning and development.
Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for an HR professional who:
- Has significant experience as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record of resolving key people issues and providing effective guidance to managers.
- Is experienced in managing complex employee relations issues while identifying and addressing trends through HR data analysis.
- Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
