Your role will involve:
- Strategic Business Partnering: Providing insight, coaching, and challenge to ensure high-performing teams.
- Talent Management: Shaping talent strategies, driving diverse pipelines, and supporting employee growth.
- People Strategy: Leading the development and implementation of the People Plan.
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Promoting an inclusive, engaging workplace and driving continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Supporting leaders through change initiatives to optimise business performance.
- Employee Relations: Navigating complex issues and coaching leaders on effective management practices.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering, including working with unions.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making.
