Our client, a respected partner to schools nationwide, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Partner to lead their HR and Occupational Health advisory services. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of HR and Employment Law Consultants.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR, employment law, and Occupational Health.
  • Collaborate closely with schools to refine policies, contracts, and ensure compliance with GDPR and Occupational Health standards.
  • Manage both routine and complex employee relations matters, offering solutions to the most challenging HR issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or ideally a Master’s) in HR, Employment Law, Occupational Health Management, or equivalent field experience.
  • Expertise in GDPR and Occupational Health management.
  • Strong background in HR, employment law, and employee relations, with senior-level experience in the education sector.
  • CIPD or similar certification (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with a proactive approach.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and self-awareness.

Location:

Primarily home-based, with occasional travel across the North West.
