We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HRBP to join our professional HR Team!

You'll be the first line of management of the organisations ER/casework support and provide mentoring and expertise on complex employment law and casework issues. Working proactively and collaboratively with business areas, you鈥檒l provide senior level support on all aspects of employment law and people management to improve individual and business performance through the development and implementation of strategies and plans informed by business and commercial knowledge, utilising data and insight to support continuous improvement. You will work innovatively and proactively in the delivery of your objectives. Ensuring the provision of stakeholder with informed solution-focused options to people issues and risk management ensuring a high quality, timely, fair and equitable approach is taken to people management within OM.

Critical knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Chartered CIPD Status

  • Relevant degree in appropriate discipline (business, psychology, organisational psychology)

  • Excellent employment law knowledge

  • Experience of supporting managers to drive improvements in organisational and individual performance.

  • Experience of managing complex HR/ER issues or cases, both directly as a practitioner and supporting HR colleagues to manage complex cases or issues.

  • Experience of developing, monitoring and reporting on operational and project plans to drive service improvement.
