What you'll do:
As a Temporary Senior HR Business Partner, you will play an integral role in supporting a wide range of HR activities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve operational and administrative processes, data handling and reporting, all while using HR systems to ensure smooth delivery of services. You'll be involved in producing accurate reports and insights to support decision-making, managing HR systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with project work. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Producing and collating HR data to assist in decision-making processes
- Providing generalist HR support across key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, absence management and workforce planning
- Managing and maintaining HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Supporting policy and process updates in compliance with HR regulations and best practices
- Assisting with project work, such as system updates or process improvements
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Temporary Senior HR Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience from previous generalist HR roles. You will have strong Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets, manipulating data, and presenting it in an impactful way. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships at all levels within the organisation. - CIPD qualified or solid experience in a generalist HR role
- Proficiency in using HR systems
- Strong Excel skills including creating spreadsheets, data manipulation, and presenting data impactfully
- Strong data handling skills with the ability to interpret and present data accurately
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
