Kind Support is seeking a highly skilled Lead Occupational Therapist to join the team at a private mental health hospital in Manchester.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and enthusiastic multi disciplinary team working across our adult and CAMHS ED inpatient services. The role holder will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Occupational Therapy Service across the and will have experience of working with these client groups both individually and in groups with a range of complex presentations in an inpatient setting.

Duties:

Broad experience post qualification with significant experience in acute sector clinical OT
Experience of team leadership and effecting change
Working knowledge of current national and local health care issues
Experience of supervising/teaching under and post graduate staff
Inpatient experience (where leading inpatient therapy teams)

Required:

BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and accreditation by the HCPC
Suitable applicants should have a minimum of one year's experience gained within a related clinical or therapeutic environment.
It is desirable that the post-holder will have experience managing a caseload of service users with complex needs.
