These assessments will take place in the child's home, sometimes at school as part of an MDT approach with health colleagues and social care team.     They will be expected to carry a caseload and to case manage each allocation.             You will identify equipment and adaptations that will promote the child's independence this will include postural seating, specialist equipment such as shower chairs, beds, moving and handling risk assessments, safe spaces, padded rooms and safety assessments.You will make submissions to majors panel for adaptations.
