Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Main duties of the job

  • Perform advanced assessments and deliver tailored treatment plans for patients with complex physical and psychological conditions.
  • Collaborate with community therapy services, day services, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff, students, and therapy assistants.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional and legal standards.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Qualifications: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Skills: Advanced clinical reasoning, strong communication, and the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
  • Experience: Experience in acute care settings and supervising staff or students is desirable.
