The Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office | Business Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a broad and varied role, overseeing key business functions, including finance, HR, and office management across both UK and US operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who enjoys taking initiative and has the ability to shape and refine business processes in a rapidly growing fintech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing budgets and ensuring the financial sustainability of the business.
- Managing policies, administration, and insurances for UK and US operations.
- Ensuring efficient office management across multiple locations.
- Supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
- Working closely with line managers to set objectives, ensuring team performance and accountability.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborating with the Compliance Manager to identify and mitigate risks.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within analytics or financial services.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Experience in HR and office administration.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with data analytics and technology-driven solutions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with international teams or in a global market.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.
