I am partnering exclusively with a client of mine in their search for an Office Administrator. This is a brand new role where you will support a successful and growing business across multiple teams.
Below is an overview of the things you will support with:
- Co-ordinating all administrative parts of the bidding process
- Completion of a variety of documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Taking calls and responding to emails
- Putting together presentations
- Note taking during meetings and sending out follow up actions
- Diary management
Strong communication skills, being well-organised and excellent attention to detail are all essentials for this role, along with taking pride in the work that you do.
