Description

  • Chasing documentation and administrative tasks
  • Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and timesheet activities.
  • Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support team to meet departmental goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
