Description
- Chasing documentation and administrative tasks
- Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and timesheet activities.
- Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support team to meet departmental goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support as required.
Profile
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
