Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for creating an efficient workplace? Do you thrive in a bustling environment and enjoy coordinating various tasks? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! This growing property company is on the lookout for an Office Coordinator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members including Directors
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of property presentations and events
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory to keep our workspace efficient
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome
  • Support administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in office coordinator or office manager role.
  • Experience of and comfortable with working with Senior Management including Directors
  • Previous experience within the property / construction sector would be highly advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bespoke software packages
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • A genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and fostering a great office environment
