We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our client's team in Manchester! If you are a team player with strong communication and organisation skills, we want to hear from you. Apply today!


Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all guests, providing refreshments as needed
  • Handle general administration tasks, including timely responses to queries and booking requests
  • Maintain the office environment, coordinating with other departments
  • Ensure implementation of health and safety checks through regular floor walks
  • Communicate relevant information to the office via email
  • Order office supplies and maintain tidy and organised storage areas
  • Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external use
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Liaise with the IT Helpdesk to meet IT requirements
  • Ensure building compliance and update building management with records
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Provide project support for events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Office Coordinator
  • Proficient in stakeholder management
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and a team player
