Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Office Manager who is looking for a varied, stand alone role.

Role Overview:

As the Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. From daily operations to long-term planning, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for the team, clients, and visitors while upholding the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do:

Office Management:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a professional and inspiring workspace.- Manage facilities, maintenance, and repairs- Act as the first point of contact for vendors and service providers.- Maintain office cleanliness and organisational standards.- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies.Compliance & Health & Safety:

- Lead ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance efforts.- Conduct risk assessments and oversee safety protocols.- Ensure GDPR and workplace policies are followed.

Training & Professional Development:

- Coordinate CPD programmes and training sessions to support team growth.- Organise workshops and learning opportunities in sustainability and best practises.

Team & HR Support:

- Be the go-to contact for staff, providing support with travel, onboarding, and training.- Organise team-building activities and support wellness initiatives.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Foster effective communication within the office- Use digital tools to collaborate and improve workflows.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in office or studio management, ideally within a creative environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, GDPR, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
