You will lead the administrative team, ensuring the smooth management of office functions whilst providing outstanding support to staff and students.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the school office, ensuring it operates efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records, including attendance, admissions and safeguarding documentation
  • Coordinate school communications, such as newsletters, emails and social media updates
  • Handle financial responsibilities such as invoicing and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations and data protection requirements

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience working within a school environment in an Office Manager or Administrative capacity
  • Experience using SIMS, Bromcom or other similar school systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
