My client are a global firm who are looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star Customer Service to all clients.
As an Office Manager your duties will include:
Provide exceptional levels of Customer Service to all clients
Identify and implement ways to enhance the Workplace Experience
Consult with clients and tailor requests accordingly
Assist with all Facilities operations
Assist with conference and events requests
Develop relationships with key stakeholders
As an Office Manager you will have the following skills:
Previous experience providing a 5-star services to clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving ability
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards would be ideal
