My client based in Manchester are an international firm with high profile reputation. A newly created opportunity has become available for an Office Manager to be an integral part of their team. The role will support the Senior Leadership team and will form the heart of this exceptionally dynamic business. Due to the nature of the duties, this role will be Office based.

This role will entail a variety of duties and will require a quick thinker who can manage multiple tasks.

  • Daily Operational Management which will include technology, inductions and managing all office supplies.
  • Reception and Visitor Management which includes managing visitor management system, coordinating security passes, and ensuring all guests are properly welcomed and logged according to security protocols.
  • Facilities Management will entail responsibility for the building's maintenance requires coordinating with various contractors and suppliers. You will manage our planned preventive maintenance schedule while responding to urgent repairs and issues as they arise. This includes maintaining relationships with key service providers and ensuring work is completed to ambitious standards.
  • Budget and Financial Management. Managing the office budget requires careful tracking of all expenditure, processing invoices promptly, and forecasting future spending requirements. You will review all supplier costs regularly, negotiate contracts, and identify potential savings while maintaining service quality.
  • You will support with Project Coordination. This will entail leading various improvement projects including HR. systems, processes.
  • : A key aspect of the role involves ensuring staff have everything they need to work effectively. This includes managing desk allocations, coordinating moves, ensuring proper ergonomic assessments are completed, and maintaining a comfortable working environment for all employees.

Applicants will have previous experience in an office management role and be happy in a very hands-on office management role.
