The Operations Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of business operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including database management, scheduling, inventory control and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of multi tasking, and committed to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

About the Role
  • Input absences into the Scheduling Software, assist with forward rostering across all portfolios.
  • Communicate with Operations Managers regularly regarding staff absences/lateness.
  • Communicate with all service providers daily regarding fulfilment requirements.
  • Communicate and confirm a shift on the system for employees who struggle to use company APP.
  • Monitor volunteers on the system and inform Operation Managers where gaps can be filled.
  • Check and report any fatigue management with the Operations Manager
  • Cover any leave/ absence/ emergency within the department.
  • Use required systems per business needs.
  • Advise officers on correct procedures for Booking on/Annual Leave/Complaints
  • Direct Officers to the correct Operations managers for internal issues
  • Inform the Operations manager of any issues raised by employees.
  • Undertake any Adhoc duties requested by the operations team.

Essential Skills
  • Commitment to providing first-class customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of scheduling preferred but not essential, training will be given.
  • Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
