Part-Time Office Manager

Knutsford

5 days per week, 21 hours

Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday in office

FTE salary £30,000 - Actual salary £18,000

Excellent benefits including 25 days holiday (pro-rata), healthcare, flexible hours, pension.

Due to promotion of the current Office Manager, we are looking for an experienced Administration professional to take over this exciting role for a tech company based in Knutsford.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the day to day running of the office
  • Ensuring all communal spaces are kept tidy
  • Booking meetings and preparing for these
  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies
  • Arranging events/training
  • Facilities duties
  • Keeping health and safety records
  • Ensuring insurances and other certificates are up to date
  • Day to day finance duties such as processing invoices
  • HR Administration including new starter documentation
  • Payroll
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience of managing an office or a stand alone senior administration role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on ad-hoc duties
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities
  • Good communication skills via phone and email

There is some flexibility on the exact working pattern but we are looking for someone who can commit to the hours spread across 5 days.
