Due to continuous growth our client are seeking a Property Accounts Administrator to join their team in their Manchester office.
This opportunity as a Property Administrator will be ideal for someone who is looking to join a successful company who comes from a property background. This role offers 1 day to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with property managers and agents to prepare and update service charge budgets
- Chase rent and service charge arrears
- Coordinate and organise meetings
- Communicate with tenants and contractors; instruct minor works as needed
- Raise purchase orders
- Manage MRI property management software, coordinating with external agents and internal teams for data input and export
- Collect and prepare reports
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office management
Requirements:
- Experience working on a Property Management system such as TRAMPS, Horizon, Yardi, etc. Ideally MRI and/ or Proactis
- Property administration experience
- Ability to prioritise work load
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
- Problem solving skills
