H9 Technical are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to be based at the company’s head office in Manchester city centre.

This role will be on a part-time basis (3 days per week), with the suitable candidate being able to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and either Wednesday or Friday.

There is potential for this role to be increased to a full-time position in future if desirable.

Role Duties:

  • Processing contractor timesheets
  • Making notes and recording key points of meetings
  • Formatting of CV’s
  • Management of company benefits system
  • Printing and copying
  • Completing new vendor documents
  • Welcoming office visitors
  • Other general administrative duties as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role desirable, ideally within recruitment environment (not essential).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good telephone manner, happy to take calls from contractors and clients as required (training provided)
