Hays Education are looking to recruit Administrators for primary and secondary schools within Greater Manchester to start in the summer term, and the next academic year. There will be a range of opportunities, both full-time and part-time, term time only and year-round, temporary and permanent. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing calls to the relevant member of staff
- Providing general administrative and clerical support within the school office
- Updating and maintaining physical and digital pupil records
- Managing the school's general email inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner
- Managing a busy front reception desk
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience working within a school office environment is desirable.
- Experience working with school information management systems - SIMS, Bromcom, Arbour or other similar
- Excellent telephone manner
- Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
