Temporary Part-time Office Administrator

£12.50 per hour
Days - 2 days a week (Between Tuesday-Thursday)
Hours - 9:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
20th January - 3 month Role (Could be extended)

Our client, a leading Software Solutions organisation based in Manchester City Centre, is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team. You will play a crucial role in supporting their operations with a wide range of tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the kitchen for the team each Tuesday morning, ensuring breakfast goods and fresh fruit are stocked.
- Keeping the office and kitchen areas tidy, organising loose papers and equipment.
- Refilling the drinks stock in the fridge from the pantry.
- Replenishing sweets jars in the meeting rooms, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms before and after scheduled meetings.
- Greeting clients using the intercom and offering them refreshments upon arrival.
- Liaising with cleaning staff and ensuring general office maintenance.
- Contacting suppliers and ordering recyclable bin bags.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
