About the Role:As a Remote Paid Media Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver exceptional ROI. You will work collaboratively with our team and attend monthly meetups in Manchester to strategize, align on objectives, and maintain a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Social Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • PPC Campaign Management:Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms, focusing on keyword strategy, ad copy, and bid optimization to maximize ROI.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:Regularly monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards. Provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports to clients.

  • Client Collaboration:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategy, goals, and performance metrics.

  • Strategic Planning:Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client’s unique objectives and target audience.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends:Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.

  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with our creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive results.

Requirements:
