The role offers the chance to contribute to a business that delivers exceptional events. You will play a pivotal role in managing paid media campaigns, primarily focused on social platforms, and ensuring their success.
The Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you will oversee the creation and management of paid media campaigns, primarily on social media platforms, to promote events and drive attendance. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic oversight, ensuring all campaigns meet their objectives and contribute to the overall success of the events.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute paid social and search campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.

Optimise campaigns with budgets averaging £3,000 per show, spanning over 100 shows annually.

Collaborate with the creative team to request and refine ad assets that align with campaign needs.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Monitor and analyse campaign data, using insights to inform future strategies.

Leverage your understanding of music scenes, particularly nuances in genres and regional preferences, to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.

Work closely with internal teams to align campaign execution with overall event strategies.

Offer support and input into creative strategy, although this is not a core requirement.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally with a background in events or e-commerce/D2C.

Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Experience working hands-on on the platform; agency or in-house experience is acceptable.

An understanding of music and live events, including nuances such as regional and genre-specific preferences.

Salary
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location
Hybrid / flexible role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office depending on the shows. Candidates should be based in or around Manchester, with a preference for those who can commit to 5 days in the office if needed.
