Role Overview:My client is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join the marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing their social media presence, helping to grow the brand's reach and engagement. You'll be the voice of the company on social platforms, increasing brand awareness and driving growth by developing and implementing effective social strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious social media professional to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen our brand's presence across all channels.
  • Platform Management: Take charge of managing social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and ensuring social feeds consistently reflect brand values across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Content Creation: Lead the content development process by creating a content calendar, coordinating high-quality visuals, and collaborating with influencers to produce engaging and relevant content.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in an authentic and timely manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and impressions. Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for enhancing social media performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid social campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, as well as external agencies, to ensure brand consistency across all content and align digital efforts with business goals. Update the website content to keep it fresh and user-friendly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar roles, with a proven track record in strategy development and campaign execution.

Skills:

  • Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to innovate.
