Role Overview: As the Social Media Manager for our client, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative, high-impact social media campaigns that reflect the luxury nature of their brand. You will drive engagement, grow their audience, and deliver visually compelling content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with the brand’s values and commercial objectives.
- Manage and grow their presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Plan and execute engaging content campaigns, including influencer collaborations, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure all content adheres to the luxury brand image, using high-quality visuals, premium storytelling, and sophisticated messaging.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, using insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to maintain a leading edge.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to align social media activities with broader business goals.
- Manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the high-end positioning.
- Oversee community management, fostering relationships with customers and responding to engagement in a way that reflects the brand identity.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a social media management role, ideally within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- A strong understanding of premium brand positioning and experience in crafting high-end digital content.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong knowledge of paid and organic social media strategies, including audience targeting and analytics.
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software.
