The service also extends to residents in care homes, ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality optometry care. The teams are specially trained to work with individuals who have dementia, learning disabilities, or other conditions requiring additional care and attention.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Assistant based in Manchester. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to customer interaction, satisfaction, communication, optometry, and customer service within the optical industry.
Skills
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service proficiency
- Optometry knowledge and experience
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- At least 1 year experience in the optical industry
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
License/Certification
- Clean Driving Licence
