Temporary Administrator/Resourcer - £12.50 - £13.50p/h - Manchester, M17

Weekly Pay - PAYE - Immediate Start

My client, a leader in the branded promotional merchandise industry, require the urgent support of a diligent administrator/resourcer to support their HR department at their site in Trafford Park, Manchester.

You will play a crucial part in identifying, screening and managing talent for the business. This is a full-time, fast-paced position that requires a highly organised, customer-driven individual. If this sounds like you read on... 

Duties will include:

  • Working closely with the HR department to understand candidate requirements 
  • Managing candidate applications 
  • Contacting relevant candidates and organising interviews via telephone and email
  • Booking in interviews alongside hiring managers
  • Receiving feedback from candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with organising induction plans for new starters
  • Ad hoc administration duties 

What we need from you:

  • Proven administration/customer service experience 
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues alike
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • HR experience desirable but not essential
