Description

The key responsibilities of an Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Manage and organise administrative tasks within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Facilitate efficient communication to applicants applying to roles within the company.
  • Handle documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the team in maintaining a well-organised and effective workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations..
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
  • Data entry and input on data onto a online software.
  • Calling candidates on a their process within onboarding.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • An educational background in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative roles within the Transportation and Distribution organisation.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative tasks.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • A knack for organising tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • A keen eye for details and accuracy in handling documents and data.
  • Ability to commute to Wythenshawe.
