Your new roleAs a FinanceSupervisor, you will be responsible for planning, allocating, and supervisingstaff to assist in Finance and Administrative tasks. You will providebudgeting, administration, financial monitoring, and processing supportservices within the department. Additionally, you will assist in setting,developing, communicating, and monitoring appropriate standards for financialcontrol and reports in the department. You will also offer advice on financialregulations and procedures and liaise with various stakeholders.What you'll need to succeedYou willhave:

  • AATqualification or higher.
  • Effectivewritten and oral communication skills, with highly developed interpersonalskills.
  • Experienceworking within a Public Sector environment. (Desirable)
  • Excellentorganisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a large workloadto meet deadlines.
  • Experiencein a management role with the Ability to supervise and motivate staff,especially during busy periods throughout the financial year.
