Client Services Administrator – hybrid                      Manchester£14- £15p/hA fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a busy recruitment team on a 6 month contract, based in Manchester. This is a super busy role where your time will be focused on ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. You will be working closely with the resourcing team and client stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, demonstrating a service driven approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with the potential to extend. Excellent hybrid - 2 days per week in the office requiredWhat you’ll do:
  • Coordinate all interviews across the UK
  • Provide admin support to the talent acquisition team as required
  • Update the candidate portal and trackers as required
  • Candidate and stakeholder liaison
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience in a recruitment coordinator role desired
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working within financial or professional services desired
