The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and engagement during lessons.
- Work across various schools, gaining diverse experience in different settings.
- Enjoy the flexibility of day-to-day supply work tailored to your availability.
Cover Supervisor Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are/have:
- Confident in managing classrooms and engaging with students.
- Adaptable, reliable, and ready to work in different school environments.
- Experienced in working with young people (previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential).
- Resilient, patient, and enthusiastic about education.
- An enhanced DBS, or willing to apply for a new one
- Able to provide a minimum of 2 references to cover your experience in the last 2 years
