Enrichment Coordinator

  • Temporary Full-time (2-3 weeks minimum)
  • Location: Wythenshawe Campus
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, 8:30am to 4:00pm
  • £20.17 per hour

We are seeking a temporary Enrichment Coordinator to cover a transitional period of approximately 2-3 weeks, potentially longer. This role involves scoping and coordinating enrichment activities for students aged 16-18 and some adults, both on campus, online, and in the community. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team, reporting to the Enrichment Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, develop, and coordinate engaging enrichment activities for students across various platforms.
  • Work closely with other coordinators and the Enrichment Manager to ensure a cohesive approach to student engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment activities and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, staff, and external community partners to ensure successful activity implementation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to enrichment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students aged 16-18 and adults.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate activities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing projects or events is highly desirable.
