We are currently working on behalf of a charitable organisation, who are recruiting on a temporary basis for a Housing Support Concierge to deliver a high quality "waking out-of-hours" caretaking service in Manchester.

Responsibilities of the Housing Support Concierge includes:

Manage any ASB cases
Utilise CCTV to monitor the security of the building
Respond to emergency situations
Make regular visual inspections to communal areas
Assist with the reduction of noise or disturbance
Report any witnessed criminal activity to Police
Respond to internal security and fire alarms

Essential criteria of the Housing Support Concierge includes:

Enhanced DBS
Full UK Driving Licence and business insurance
