HR Manager, Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner. Manchester, Lancashire/Cheshire/Merseyside - Flexible location North West - hybrid working. Work pattern to be discussed - 0.8 FTE.

This is a newly created opportunity within a fast-growth healthcare business looking to bolster their team by adding an experienced HR Managerto focus on Employee Relations. You will have solid experience in a fast-paced HR position (HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor etc), be someone who can self-manage and work autonomously, and be happy working in a dynamic, growth oriented environment.

As part of the role you will be building productive relationships with a range of operational leaders, supporting them with any HR issues, helping embed robust policies and ways of working and advising on best practice. There will also be support provided to you by a central HR services team, as well asa committed and driven senior leadership team. This is an environment that encourages creativity and will suit a self-starter who has drive and initiative. You will be the sort of person who embraces change and sees it as an opportunity for innovation and continuous improvement.

There are several regional sites and you will gain exposure to, and an understanding of a wide range of cutting edge services.
