Ideal Recruit have an exciting opportunity for airline catering team for our client based in Manchester Airport.Â
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Operator to join our team. As a Hygiene Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest hygiene standards within our catering premises. You will play a key role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
Shift patterns :Â
07:00 – 15:30 (4 on, 2 off) £11.44/h
12:30 – 21:00 (4 on, 2 off) £11.44/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize catering premises, including kitchens, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Fill out and maintain accurate cleaning records and logs.
- Carry out routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage and prep areas.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role is preferred.
- Ability to complete cleaning schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
