Role: Lecturer in Early years Location: Greater Manchester Type: Part time temporary (2.5 days per week) Rate of pay: £30 - £35 Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College, part-time basis for 2.5 days per week. This is a part time on going with an opportunity to go As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students pursuing qualifications in Early Years. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing lessons while supporting students in their academic journey. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging lessons in Early Years Education * Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit student needs and curriculum requirements. * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed. * Support students with their coursework and prepare them for assessments. * Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Essential Qualifications and Experience: * A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3, Degree, or equivalent). * Previous teaching experience or a passion for delivering early years education. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire students. A DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS please apply on your behalf.
