Boden group are currently working in partnership with a leading Surveying consultancy who are looking to recruit an M&E Asset Surveyor for a condition program of a Healthcare site in Manchester.
The successful individual will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, inspecting and verifying mechanical and electrical and plumbing assets within the Building.
We will ideally be looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically, ideally performing this type of work in the past.
All data will be recorded on a PDA device and the project is likely to commence in early March
