Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a contract position in Manchester with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a salary of £20 - £23 per hour (CIS/PAYE) with overtime paid at enhanced rates and includes a van and fuel card.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with optional call-out rota available.
Candidates must have a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification, multi-trade experience, and a full UK driving license.
This position is temporary and involves repairs, maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

For the successful Multi Trader our client is offering:

£20 - £23 per hour (CIS/PAYE)
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Multi Trader

Working throughout Manchester
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Multi Trader

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Multi trade experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
