Job description: We are looking for an experienced Planning Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in Greater Manchester for a short period with the strong possibility of an extension.

The client is looking for someone on an ad hoc and remote basis to start immediately.

Duties

Liaising with a Local Authority
Dealing with all planning issues
Handling and reviewing various matters regarding s.106

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years PQE and hold a current practising certificate.

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
