Role: Temporary Remote Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (3-Month Contract)Location: Remote fully working from home Duration: 3 months (Full-time, temporary)CRA Consulting is proud to be working with a highly respected, large law firm, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team on a temporary basis. This opportunity has arisen to cover a 3-month period whilst the firm undertakes recruitment for the permanent role.About the Role:This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home while contributing to a busy, fast-paced conveyancing department. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, handling a caseload from instruction through to post-completion, and will be expected to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:* Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds. * Handle freehold and leasehold matters, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with legal regulations. * Liaise regularly with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring smooth progression and excellent client care. * Carry out legal searches, prepare contracts, and handle exchanges and completions. * Provide sound legal advice and work efficiently to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. Requirements:* A proven track record in residential conveyancing, with the ability to independently manage a varied caseload. * Strong working knowledge of the entire conveyancing process, including compliance and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and third parties. * Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your time in a remote setting. * Immediate availability to start on a temporary basis.
