The Payroll & Pensions Manager position is based in Salford and is an 18-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £52,000.
The role requires an experienced individual to oversee and manage a team of payroll administrators.
Candidates should ideally be CIPP qualified and have a passion for providing first-class payroll services.
Experience in managing hybrid teams and pensions management, particularly within the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), is desirable.

Overseeing and managing a team of Payroll administrators
Delivery of an efficient and timely payroll
Providing a best in class service to the wider business and developing and driving best practice within the Payroll & Pensions function

Desirable skills and attributes:

Experienced Payroll & Pensions Manager, Ideally with experience of LGPS
Management of hybrid teams
Pensions Management experience
