Job title: Payroll Administrator

Salary: Up to 28,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

You will be reporting into the Payroll Manager who is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their accomplished of team of eight.

Job Description
The role involves monitoring the payroll in-box and addressing any payroll queries, escalating issues to the Payroll Manager and/or Senior Payroll Administrator as necessary. Responsibilities include processing both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate payroll processing by liaising with the depots, and investigating and resolving payroll queries.


The role also involves producing P45/P60 forms, handling starters and leavers in a payroll capacity, including setting up new starters on the payroll software and calculating leaver's holiday entitlements.


Additional duties include running payroll-related reports, processing holidays, updating weekly and monthly spreadsheets. The role requires implementing payroll changes such as pay increases, bonuses, and KPI payments, dealing with HMRC submissions and liaising with HMRC.

Requirements:
- At least 2 year's experience processing payroll
- Possess strong numeracy and administration skills and excellent Excel skills (essential)
- Have experience of Sage Payroll software or equivalent would be a benefit.
