Hybrid – 1-2 days from home per week

Our Manchester based client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in on permanent basis. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, handle queries via tickets and telephone to ensures a timely and accurate resolution. Provide additional support to the department where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing – (weekly payroll processes)
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries investigating where required.
  • Process Advance Payments and adjustments.
  • Compliance of GDPR legislation.
  • Work to achieve team and individual KPI’s
  • Cross training with all other payroll teams across the department to fulfil internal/external implementation requirements to support change.

  • Payroll experience
